Authentic canal house charm with lovely decor.

We truly enjoyed the hotel, its particularly good location and exceptionally kind staff. Plus, it was close to the train station and the rooms were amazing and cosy.

Fantastic location right by the canal. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the central train station made getting around easy. I loved the spaciousness of the Superior Apartment, especially the great canal view. The amenities in the room worked well. When I booked, I appreciated the quick check-in process. Staff were quite attentive and addressed all my questions promptly. The only slight downside was the awkward beam in the room. I wish there had been more than one pillow each. It felt a bit insufficient. A lovely stay with minimal inconveniences.

The unique charm of the historic building, combined with the modern amenities, created a warm atmosphere. The staff was friendly.

On my first stay, staff even helped me with a room issue at night, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a city break.

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the one-bedroom apartment which was perfect for us and my cousin. The location was fantastic, close enough to visit many sights and a lovely stroll by the canal.

My wife says that a playground nearby would be great.

Great value for money! The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a lovely view of the canal. The location was perfect, close to the railway station, shopping areas, and cruise terminals. The staff was helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate us, even allowing an early check-in and providing amenities for our pet. it was a fantastic experience and we would happily stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend stay, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. I had a wonderful stay at Hapimag Resort. The location was ideal, with beautiful canal views and close proximity to the train station and shopping areas. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare meals easily. I especially enjoyed opening the small window to let in some fresh air. it was a great experience.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. The ceilings were low and the windows were small, giving the room a claustrophobic feel.

They even cleaned our room early so we could check in sooner. They provided amenities for our pet, a nice touch. The studio and hotel were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and sights nearby.
